The handle strap is very short, I can’t put my fingers through to grip it. Even my wife with very small hands can’t grip it either. The lining inside looks nice but loose. I had fix this with some double sided tape. The latches are light and flimsy.
I can see how they will help me. After a few hits it confirms I’m Putting unwanted side spin. Haven’t got round to the pitting practice yet but happy with the balls.

Great service. I am from Australia and with the balls coming from England, it was very reassuring the updates on the delivery I received.
As for the balls themselves, I think they are great, if you are not cueing straight the balls will let you know. If you are addicted to snooker and want to improve, get some BALLS!
Fabulous, already having an impact on how I 'see' the angle of shot.
Spotted cue balls are fab can see everything that’s happening on the white ball really helping practice. It is also the same size and weight as the other balls. Well packaged and delivered on time. Cheers Ian

Purchased the extra hard tip.....prompt delivery....Superb tip to use, hard, responsive for power, delicate, side and spin shots......would definitely buy again as my go to tip.
The cue is excellent. It glides very well and is very well balanced. The quality of the tip surprised me.

absolute granite hard hit which i love but also very responsive for little soft screw shots etc .honestly if you love bullet hard tips just buy these and stop searching ,ive tried them all willo nudes ,ap exotic xh ,xmax,gm pro xhard and these are cheaper and better
they are not for people who just like firm tips though they are way harder than that
I must say this is a quality cue for the price. You can tell it's very well made and to a high standard. I've shown it several friends who have had a few shots with it and they wanted on.

Definitely my favourite XH tip that I’ve ever tried. One of the few tips advertised as extra hard that are actually extra hard. Super responsive, consistent hit and reasonably priced.
Will definitely be purchasing more. I assume the other grades will be just as good!
Great cue, case and excellent customer service! International delivery to Canada only took a week. I noticed an increasing improvement in the quality of my play after a few hours of use. The feel of this cue is a significant improvement over my previous cue with notably improved balance, stability, reduced deflection and craftmanship. The only issue I have is with the tip which is a bit too hard for my preference. Thanks to the helpful and timely response from Ian Burns a selection of different tips has been sent for me to try out.
